I really wish that girls knew, and I mean wholeheartedly knew, that true beauty isn’t defined by what’s on the outside.

But then again.

I wish that society realized that they are destroying the minds of girls and women everywhere by the body image type that is glorified and magnified. 

And then again.

I wish that people wouldn’t condemn others for being too skinny or too fat.

Why does it take so much effort to be happy with one’s own body? And why does it take calling opposite body types out in order for one to be happy? 

Why can’t society ever show that true beauty is in the virtues of one’s heart?

People don’t get that these days. It’s human nature not to get that.

It’s the God-given inner understanding that gives us the longing to understand.

It’s the God-given inner longing that makes us strive to create a change in society. 

And I truly pray for this revival to come like a storm of fire falling to the ground.
