And at the end of the movie…I literally just sat there. Not even moving. The credits rolling. I couldn’t talk. I couldn’t compliment the movie. I couldn’t move. I just sat. As I let the movie set in…..because it destroyed all my emotions.
The movie was SO INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL.

Goal of the morning complete: Get back on Insanity
I promised myself I’d get back on my fitness grind during this Winter Break, and today was my first day of doing that.
New Years Resolution # 2: Get fit, and stay fit.
Day One back on Insanity?
It felt really good to be doing it again, but maaaaaan was I dying the whole time. I’ve definitely lost the endurance and flexibility that I gained when I was doing Insanity during the summer.
But I accomplished what I wanted to this morning.
- I got my ass out of bed
- I woke up early
- I pushed through that workout
All by myself man. I don’t have the homies this time knocking at my door on the first day to motivate me to do it. I did it on my own this time babyyy, and that’s good enough for me.
Day Two tomorrow! Another chance to push even harder.
